The weakness was presented 06/11/2013 by Ivan Fratric and Ben Hawkes with Google Security Team as MS13-047 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is shared for download at technet.microsoft.com. The public release was coordinated in cooperation with the vendor. This vulnerability was named CVE-2013-3116 since 04/17/2013. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim.
