A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, has been found in B. Braun SpaceStation 1.4.0. Affected by this issue is an unknown functionality of the file /spacecom/login.php of the component Web Interface. The manipulation of the argument forward with the input value https://www.scip.ch leads to a redirect vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-601. A web application accepts a user-controlled input that specifies a link to an external site, and uses that link in a Redirect. This simplifies phishing attacks. Impacted is confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
The bug was discovered 03/08/2016. The weakness was shared 05/23/2017 by Marc Ruef and Rocco Gagliardi with scip AG as VulDB 91694 / ICSMA-17-082-02 as confirmed entry (VulDB).
