MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1068 for this issue. The advisory points out:

The PHP scripts contain code to protect against CSRF (Cross Site Request Forgery) attacks. Because of the wrong usage of PHP binary operations and comparisons it's possible to bypass this check. That means that an attacker can trigger requests from other websites which will be handled by Kerio Control. This vulnerability allows to exploit the remote code execution vulnerability from the Internet to break into a network.

The vulnerability was handled as a non-public zero-day exploit for at least 29 days. During that time the estimated underground price was around $0-$5k.

Upgrading to version 9.1.3 eliminates this vulnerability.
