Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in IBM Security Guardium 8.2 before p310, 9.x through 9.5 before p700, and 10.x through 10.1 before p100 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via a crafted URL.
The weakness was published 10/22/2016 by ryan with IBM X-Force (Website). The advisory is shared at www-01.ibm.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2016-0246 since 12/08/2015. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction.
