A vulnerability was found in Observium Network Monitor (affected version unknown). It has been classified as critical. Affected is an unknown functionality of the file /html/includes/graphs/port/mac_acc_total.inc.php of the component port_mac_acc_total Graph. The weakness was published 11/10/2016 by Ronald Volgers as [CT-2016-1110] Unauthenticated RCE in Observium network monitor as confirmed mailinglist post (Full-Disclosure). The advisory is available at seclists.org. The public release has been coordinated with the vendor. The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The successful exploitation needs a authentication. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit. This vulnerability is assigned to T1505 by the MITRE ATT&CK project.
