A vulnerability was found in IBM Connections up to 4.0 CR4/4.5 CR5/5.0 CR3 (Groupware Software). It has been rated as problematic. Affected by this issue is an unknown code block. Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in IBM Connections 4.0 through CR4, 4.5 through CR5, and 5.0 before CR4 allows remote authenticated users to hijack the authentication of arbitrary users for requests that modify the Connections generic page.
The bug was discovered 11/11/2016. The weakness was released 11/30/2016 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at www-01.ibm.com.
