Unquoted service path vulnerability in Intel Wireless Bluetooth Drivers 16.x, 17.x, and before 18.1.1607.3129 allows local users to launch processes with elevated privileges.
The bug was discovered 12/06/2016. The weakness was disclosed 12/08/2016 by ERNE (Website). The advisory is shared at securityfocus.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2016-8102 since 09/09/2016. The exploitation is known to be easy. An attack has to be approached locally.
