The weakness was shared 07/10/2013 as not defined bulletin (Website). The advisory is shared at kb.juniper.net. The vendor cooperated in the coordination of the public release. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2013-4684 since 06/26/2013. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Neither technical details nor an exploit are publicly available.
