A vulnerability was found in tcpdump up to 4.8.x (Packet Analyzer Software). It has been rated as critical. Affected by this issue is the function tcp_print of the file print-tcp.c of the component TCP Parser. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a memory corruption vulnerability.
