A vulnerability has been found in Microsoft Silverlight 5 (Multimedia Player Software) and classified as critical. The advisory is shared at technet.microsoft.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2017-0108 since 09/09/2016. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction. Technical details are unknown but a public exploit is available.
