The JobHistory Server in Cloudera CDH 4.x before 4.6.0 and 5.x before 5.0.0 Beta 2, when using MRv2/YARN with HTTP authentication, allows remote authenticated users to obtain sensitive job information by leveraging failure to enforce job ACLs.

The bug was discovered 10/14/2013. The weakness was shared 03/23/2017 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at cloudera.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2013-6446 since 11/04/2013. The attack can be initiated remotely. The requirement for exploitation is a single authentication. There are neither technical details nor an exploit publicly available.
