An issue was discovered in Schneider Electric Conext ComBox, model 865-1058, all firmware versions prior to V3.03 BN 830. A series of rapid requests to the device may cause it to reboot.
The bug was discovered 03/02/2017. The weakness was presented 04/07/2017 by Mark Liapustin and Arik Kublanov as EDB-ID 41537 as confirmed exploit (Exploit-DB). The advisory is shared at exploit-db.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2017-6019 since 02/16/2017. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication.
