A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in News Module up to 5.3.2 on TYPO3. This issue affects an unknown functionality of the file NewsController.php. The manipulation of the argument overwriteDemand/OrderByAllowed with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-89. SQL injection vulnerability in NewsController.php in the News module 5.3.2 and earlier for TYPO3 allows unauthenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL commands via vectors involving overwriteDemand for order and OrderByAllowed.
