The bug was discovered 03/07/2017. The weakness was presented 03/20/2017 by Martin (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at ibm.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2017-1134 since 11/30/2016. Attacking locally is a requirement. A simple authentication is required for exploitation.
