The weakness was shared 09/10/2013 by Timur Yunusov with Positive Technologies as MS13-078 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). The advisory is available at technet.microsoft.com. The vendor cooperated in the coordination of the public release. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2013-3137 since 04/17/2013. The exploitability is told to be easy. Local access is required to approach this attack. A authentication is required for exploitation. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not available.
