A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, was found in D-Link DNS-320L and DNS-327L (version unknown). This affects an unknown function of the file web/web_file/fb_publish.php. The web/web_file/fb_publish.php script in D-Link DNS-320L before 1.04b12 and DNS-327L before 1.03b04 Build0119 does not authenticate requests, which allows remote attackers to obtain arbitrary photos and publish them to an arbitrary Facebook profile via a target album_id and access_token.
The bug was discovered 10/03/2014. The weakness was published 08/25/2017 by Gergely Eberhardt (ebux25) with SEARCH-LAB Ltd. as not defined posting (Bugtraq). It is possible to read the advisory at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2014-7860 since 10/03/2014. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. No form of authentication is needed for exploitation. Technical details of the vulnerability are known, but there is no available exploit.
