A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, was found in EyesOfNetwork Web Interface 5.1-0. Affected is some unknown functionality of the file module/admin_conf/download.php. The manipulation of the argument file as part of a Parameter leads to a path traversal vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-22. The product uses external input to construct a pathname that is intended to identify a file or directory that is located underneath a restricted parent directory, but the product does not properly neutralize special elements within the pathname that can cause the pathname to resolve to a location that is outside of the restricted directory. The EyesOfNetwork web interface (aka eonweb) 5.1-0 allows directory traversal attacks for reading arbitrary files via the module/admin_conf/download.php file parameter.
