A vulnerability was found in Google Android 8.0 (Smartphone Operating System) and classified as problematic. Affected by this issue is an unknown code of the component User Process Handler. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a race condition vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-362. In Android for MSM, Firefox OS for MSM, QRD Android, with all Android releases from CAF using the Linux kernel, as a result of a race condition between two userspace processes that interact with the driver concurrently, a null pointer dereference can potentially occur.
