The weakness was disclosed 10/15/2013 as Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory - October 2013 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is shared at oracle.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2013-5783 since 09/18/2013. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction. Neither technical details nor an exploit are publicly available.
