qpidd in Apache Qpid 0.30 and earlier allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (daemon crash) via a crafted protocol sequence set. NOTE: this vulnerability exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2015-0203.
The bug was discovered 01/27/2015. The weakness was presented 10/30/2017 by G. Geshev with MWR Labs as not defined posting (Bugtraq). The advisory is shared at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2015-0224 since 11/18/2014. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication.
