A vulnerability was found in I and Librarian up to 4.6/4.7. It has been declared as critical. This vulnerability affects some unknown functionality of the file batchimport.php. I, Librarian version <=4.6 & 4.7 is vulnerable to OS Command Injection in batchimport.php resulting the web server being fully compromised.
The bug was discovered 05/09/2017. The weakness was released 11/17/2017 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at sec-consult.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2017-1000235 since 11/16/2017. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely.
