The bug was discovered 01/03/2018. The weakness was released 01/03/2018 by Mateusz Jurczyk with Google Project Zero as confirmed security update guide (Website). The advisory is shared for download at portal.msrc.microsoft.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2018-0788 since 12/01/2017. The exploitation appears to be difficult.
