A vulnerability was found in Foo Labs Xpdf 4.00 (Document Reader Software). It has been rated as problematic. Affected by this issue is the function JBIG2Stream::readSymbolDictSeg. A large loop in JBIG2Stream::readSymbolDictSeg in xpdf 4.00 allows an attacker to cause denial of service via a specific file due to inappropriate decoding.
