The weakness was published 12/10/2013 by Renguang Yuan with Qihoo 360 Security Center as MS13-101 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). The advisory is shared at technet.microsoft.com. The public release has been coordinated with Microsoft. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2013-3899 since 06/03/2013. The exploitability is told to be difficult.
