The bug was discovered 07/06/2018. The weakness was disclosed 07/06/2018 as swg22016182 as confirmed security bulletin (Website). The advisory is available at ibm.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2018-1566 since 12/13/2017. Local access is required to approach this attack. The successful exploitation needs a single authentication.
