The weakness was presented 02/03/2014 by William Costa as XSS Reflected vulnerabilities in OS of FortiWeb v 5.0.3 as confirmed mailinglist post (Full-Disclosure). It is possible to read the advisory at seclists.org. The public release was coordinated in cooperation with Fortinet. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2013-7181 since 12/19/2013. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction.
