A vulnerability has been found in TerraMaster TOS 3.1.03 (Network Attached Storage Software) and classified as critical. This vulnerability affects some unknown functionality of the file ajaxdata.php. The manipulation of the argument pwd with an unknown input leads to a command injection vulnerability. System command injection in ajaxdata.php in TerraMaster TOS version 3.1.03 allows attackers to execute system commands via the "pwd" parameter during user creation.
The bug was discovered 06/13/2018. The weakness was disclosed 11/27/2018 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at blog.securityevaluators.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2018-13336 since 07/05/2018. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. There are known technical details, but no exploit is available. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1202.

By approaching the search of inurl:ajaxdata.php it is possible to find vulnerable targets with Google Hacking.
