User enumeration in usertable.php in TerraMaster TOS version 3.1.03 allows attackers to list all system users via the "modgroup" parameter.
The bug was discovered 06/13/2018. The weakness was disclosed 11/27/2018 (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at blog.securityevaluators.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2018-13361 since 07/05/2018. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication.
