The weakness was presented 04/08/2014 by Stefan Kanthak as MS14-019 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). The advisory is shared at technet.microsoft.com. The public release was coordinated in cooperation with Microsoft. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2014-0315 since 12/03/2013. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. Technical details are known, but no exploit is available.
