The title of HPSBST02980 mentions "Local Elevation of Privilege" but the initial vendor CVSSv2 vector showed AV:N. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2013-6216 since 10/21/2013. The exploitation is known to be easy. An attack has to be approached locally. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation.
