The weakness was shared 04/08/2014 by Yuhong Bao as MS14-017 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). It is possible to read the advisory at technet.microsoft.com. The vendor cooperated in the coordination of the public release. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2014-1758 since 01/29/2014. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not publicly available.
