A security feature bypass vulnerability exists in Windows which could allow an attacker to bypass Device Guard. An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could circumvent a User Mode Code Integrity (UMCI) policy on the machine.
The commercial vulnerability scanner Qualys is able to test this issue with plugin 91504 (Microsoft Windows Security Update February 2019).
Applying a patch is able to eliminate this problem. A possible mitigation has been published immediately after the disclosure of the vulnerability.
