This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2018-20685. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. There are neither technical details nor an exploit publicly available.
The vulnerability scanner Nessus provides a plugin with the ID 247820 (TencentOS Server 2: openssh (TSSA-2025:0541)), which helps to determine the existence of the flaw in a target environment. The commercial vulnerability scanner Qualys is able to test this issue with plugin 172008 (SUSE Enterprise Linux Security Update for openssh (SUSE-SU-2019:0132-1)).
