A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in MySQL Eventum up to 1.6.0 (Database Software). Affected by this issue is an unknown part of the component Class Handler. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. Impacted is confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

The weakness was released 08/01/2005 with MySQL Team (Website). The advisory is shared for download at gulftech.org. The attack may be launched remotely. There are neither technical details nor an exploit publicly available. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1505.
