bugzilla 2.10 allows remote attackers to access sensitive information including the database username and password via an http request for the globals.pl file which is normally returned by the web server without being executed.

The weakness was disclosed 06/27/2001 by Dave Aitel (Website). The advisory is shared for download at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2001-0330. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be launched remotely. No form of authentication is required for exploitation. There are known technical details, but no exploit is available.
