A vulnerability has been found in Postnuke 0.64/0.70/0.71/0.703 (Content Management System) and classified as problematic. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the component IMG Tag Handler. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a cross site scripting vulnerability. Cross-site scripting vulnerabilities in PostBoard 2.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script as other users via (1) an [IMG] tag when BBCode is enabled, or (2) in a topic title.

The bug was discovered 04/16/2002. The weakness was published 07/03/2002 (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at online.securityfocus.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2002-0535.
