Directory traversal vulnerability in F-Secure Anti-Virus for Microsoft Exchange 6.40 and Internet Gatekeeper 6.40 to 6.42 allows limited remote attackers to bypass Web Console authentication and read files.
The bug was discovered 11/02/2005. The weakness was presented 11/02/2005 by Mikko Korppi (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at f-secure.com. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2005-3468 since 11/02/2005. The attack can only be done within the local network. No form of authentication is needed for exploitation.
