A vulnerability was found in Mambo Site Server 4.0.11 (Content Management System). It has been rated as problematic. This issue affects the function phpinfo of the file administrator/phpinfo.php. The administrator/phpinfo.php script in Mambo Site Server 4.0.11 allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information such as the full web root path via phpinfo.php, which calls the phpinfo function.
The weakness was shared 12/31/2002 with Yandex (Website). The advisory is shared at archives.neohapsis.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2002-2247 since 10/14/2007. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details as well as a public exploit are known.
