A vulnerability was found in Monkey HTTP Daemon up to 0.6.1 (Web Server). It has been rated as critical. This issue affects the function PostMethod of the component Post Handler. The manipulation of the argument body with an unknown input leads to a memory corruption vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-119. Buffer overflow in PostMethod() function for Monkey HTTP Daemon (monkeyd) 0.6.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a POST request with a large body.
