The Post_Method function in Monkey HTTP Daemon before 0.6.2 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via a POST request without a Content-Type header.

The bug was discovered 03/24/2003. The weakness was disclosed 12/31/2003 (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2003-1209 since 05/19/2005. The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely.
