A vulnerability was found in Leigh Business Enterprises Web Helpdesk up to 4.0.0.80. It has been classified as critical. Affected is some unknown processing of the file jobedit.asp of the component Help. The manipulation of the argument id with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. SQL injection vulnerability in jobedit.asp in Leigh Business Enterprises (LBE) Web Helpdesk before 4.0.0.81 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the id parameter.
The weakness was disclosed 07/22/2004 by Noam Rathaus (SecuriTeam) with SecuriTeam.com (Website). The advisory is available at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2004-2562 since 11/22/2005. The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to launch the attack remotely.
