Multiple cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities in eGroupware before 1.0.0.007 allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the (1) ab_id, (2) page, (3) type, or (4) lang parameter to index.php or (5) category_id parameter.

The weakness was disclosed 04/15/2005 by James Bercegay with Gulftech (Website). The advisory is available at gulftech.org. This vulnerability was named CVE-2005-1202 since 04/21/2005. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. Technical details and also a public exploit are known. This vulnerability is assigned to T1059.007 by the MITRE ATT&CK project.
