A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, was found in PHP-Fusion 6.00.109 (Content Management System). Affected is some unknown processing of the file photogallery.php. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-89. Multiple SQL injection vulnerabilities in photogallery.php in PHP-Fusion allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the (1) album and (2) photo parameters.

The weakness was presented 10/04/2005 by mircia, JahMan and ld (Website). The advisory is shared for download at secunia.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2005-3160 since 10/06/2005. The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication. There are known technical details, but no exploit is available. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1505.

The vulnerability scanner Nessus provides a plugin with the ID 20009 (PHP-Fusion < 6.00.110 Multiple Scripts SQL Injection), which helps to determine the existence of the flaw in a target environment. It is assigned to the family CGI abuses. The commercial vulnerability scanner Qualys is able to test this issue with plugin 12191 (PHP-Fusion Multiple SQL Injection Vulnerabilities).
