Details
A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, was found in Secureideas Basic Analysis and Security Engine 0.9.6b20. Affected is an unknown code of the file acid_qry_main.php. The manipulation of the argument sig[1] with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. This is going to have an impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. CVE summarizes:
Multiple SQL injection vulnerabilities in (1) acid_qry_main.php in Analysis Console for Intrusion Databases (ACID) 0.9.6b20 and (2) base_qry_main.php in Basic Analysis and Security Engine (BASE) 1.2, and unspecified other console scripts in these products, allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the sig[1] parameter and possibly other parameters.
