A vulnerability classified as problematic was found in phpMyAdmin (Database Administration Software). This vulnerability affects an unknown function. Multiple cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities in phpMyAdmin before 2.7.0 allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the (1) HTTP_HOST variable and (2) various scripts in the libraries directory that handle header generation.
The bug was discovered 12/05/2005. The weakness was published 12/08/2005 (Website). The advisory is available at debian.org. This vulnerability was named CVE-2005-3665 since 11/18/2005.
