A vulnerability was found in Toshiba Bluetooth Stack up to 4.00.23(t). It has been rated as problematic. This issue affects an unknown code block of the component Bluetooth. The manipulation of the argument RFILE with an unknown input leads to a path traversal vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-22. The product uses external input to construct a pathname that is intended to identify a file or directory that is located underneath a restricted parent directory, but the product does not properly neutralize special elements within the pathname that can cause the pathname to resolve to a location that is outside of the restricted directory. Directory traversal vulnerability in OBEX Push services in Toshiba Bluetooth Stack 4.00.23(T) and earlier allows remote attackers to upload arbitrary files to arbitrary remote locations specified by .. (dot dot) sequences, as demonstrated by ..\\ sequences in the RFILE argument of ussp-push.
The weakness was presented 01/12/2006 by Kevin Finisterre (Website). The advisory is shared at vupen.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2006-0212 since 01/14/2006. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details as well as a exploit are known. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1006 for this issue.

Applying a patch is able to eliminate this problem.
