A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, was found in Open Searchable Image Catalogue up to 0.7.0.0. This affects the function do_mysql_query of the file core.php. The manipulation of the argument catalogue_id with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. SQL injection vulnerability in the do_mysql_query function in core.php for Open Searchable Image Catalogue (OSIC) before 0.7.0.1 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary SQL commands via multiple vectors, as demonstrated by the (1) type parameter in adminfunctions.php and the (2) catalogue_id parameter in editcatalogue.php.
