The weakness was released 01/29/2007 by ajann and theboss (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at vupen.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2007-0698 since 02/03/2007. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details of the vulnerability are known, but there is no available exploit. The attack technique deployed by this issue is T1505 according to MITRE ATT&CK.
It is declared as proof-of-concept. By approaching the search of inurl:templates/modif.html it is possible to find vulnerable targets with Google Hacking.
