The issue has been introduced in 10/01/2002. The weakness was shared 01/24/2008 by iDefense Labs with IBM (Website). The advisory is shared for download at www14.software.ibm.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2007-5764 since 10/31/2007. The attack can only be done within the local network. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication. There are neither technical details nor an exploit publicly available.
