A vulnerability was found in AlstraSoft E-Friends 4.0. It has been rated as problematic. This issue affects an unknown function of the file index.php. The product receives input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special characters such as "<", ">", and "&" that could be interpreted as web-scripting elements when they are sent to a downstream component that processes web pages. Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in index.php AlstraSoft E-Friends allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the p_id parameter in a people_card action. NOTE: this might overlap CVE-2006-2564.
